Bersih 5.0 on Nov 19

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 14 (MySinchew) -- Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah announced in a press conference today that the Bersih 5.0 rally will be held on November 19, Saturday.

The theme for this year's rally will be "Satukan Tenaga, Malaysia Baru". (Unified Energy, New Malaysia)

In addition, she also announced that a nationwide roadshow will be held at 246 locations across the country beginning October 1.


Bersih rally in November

A Malaysian group that has staged huge political demonstrations in the past will hold another rally in November to protest against the country's scandal-tainted prime minister, its chairwoman said Wednesday.


Bersih wandering off course?

The Malays will likely be instigated into more aggressive hitbacks, deepening inter-community conflicts and sinking the country into uncompromising yellow-vs-red confrontation.
